# Tent cards for breweries, wineries and taprooms

In a tasting room the guest is already in love with the product. A card on the table turns that into a case, a growler fill or a club membership.

## What to put on the table

- Flights and tasting notes: How the flight works, what is in it, and what to look for in each pour.
- Take-home offers: Cans, bottles, growler fills and cases, with the price at the counter.
- Club and membership: Wine club or mug club perks with a QR code to sign up on the spot.
- Tours and private events: Book a tour or a private tasting. These sell well on the back face.
- Your cards in other venues: Restaurants and bars that pour your product often accept a branded tent card. A larger run spread across accounts keeps the price per card low.

## Card choice

Taproom tables are long and shared, so the [4 × 6.25″](https://tent-cards.ca/products/4x6-tent-cards/) card fits between glasses. For QR sign-ups use [5 × 5.5″](https://tent-cards.ca/products/5x5-tent-cards/). For cards going to many accounts, order with bundling in stacks of 25 or 50 so each account gets a counted pack.

- 250 cards at 4 × 6.25″: $330.50 ($1.32 each). Flight menu card for the taproom tables
- 250 cards at 5 × 5.5″: $375.06 ($1.50 each). Wine club sign-up with a QR code

**Can I list the current tap list?**

If it changes often, print the permanent part (house beers, flight format, club) and keep the rotating list on a board or a QR link.
