# Event table tents for galas, fundraisers and trade shows

At an event, every table is a captive audience for two hours. A tent card in the middle carries the sponsor thanks, the evening's programme or the donation ask.

## What event tents carry

- Sponsor recognition: Logos of sponsors, sized by tier. A wide [5 × 5.5″](https://tent-cards.ca/products/5x5-tent-cards/) card fits logos without shrinking them.
- Programme and timings: Welcome, dinner, speeches, auction close. Guests stop asking the volunteers.
- Donations and auctions: A QR code to donate or bid, with the cause in one sentence.
- Wi-Fi and the event app: For conferences and lunches.
- Booth offers: At trade shows, a card on the booth counter and lounge tables with the show offer and a QR code to book a demo.

## Plan the deadline backwards

Events have a fixed date. Count back: transit, then 4 to 5 business days of printing, then a day or two for the proof. Send the file at least two weeks before the event and write the event date in the order form. See [shipping and turnaround](https://tent-cards.ca/shipping/).

Different table numbers on each card need a separate design per number, so most events print one general card and use separate number stands.

## Example orders

- 100 cards at 5 × 5.5″: $295.36 ($2.95 each). Gala with 50 tables: one sponsor card per table, spares included
- 250 cards at 5 × 5.5″: $375.06 ($1.50 each). Conference lunch tables: agenda and Wi-Fi
- 500 cards at 4 × 6.25″: $418.40 ($0.84 each). Trade show offer for the booth and the lounge tables

## Questions

**Can I print a different sponsor on each table?**

Yes, as separate designs of 100 or more each. Many events put all sponsors on one card instead, which keeps it to one run.
