# Bulk table tents for franchises and multi-location brands

When the same promo goes to many locations, one large run costs far less per card than each location printing its own. Bundling counts the cards so each location gets the right pack.

## Price per card drops with quantity

Same 4 × 6.25″ card, one design, loose.

- 100 cards: $277.78, $2.78 each
- 1,000 cards: $596.60, $0.60 each
- 2,500 cards: $897.50, $0.36 each
- 5,000 cards: $1,633.00, $0.33 each
- 10,000 cards: $3,232.00, $0.32 each

## How a rollout order works

- One design, one run: Keep the design identical across locations so it prints as one run. Local details (address, hours) can go behind a QR code.
- Counted bundles: Choose band, cross band or shrink wrap in stacks of 25, 50 or 100. Each location gets whole stacks.
- Shipping: Ship to one warehouse and distribute, or list addresses for us to quote. See [shipping](https://tent-cards.ca/shipping/).
- Table talkers: "Table talker" is the name many brands use for the same thing: a self-standing promo card on the table. See [table tents vs table talkers](https://tent-cards.ca/guides/table-tents-vs-table-talkers/).

## Example orders

Prices for printing one design, before tax and shipping.

- 2,500 cards at 4 × 6.25″: $897.50 ($0.36 each). Promo for 50 locations, 50 cards each, bundled in 50s
- 5,000 cards at 4 × 6.25″: $1,633.00 ($0.33 each). Two rounds of the same promo for 50 locations
- 10,000 cards at 5 × 5.5″: $3,666.00 ($0.37 each). National QR campaign across 200 locations

## Questions

**Can each location have its own address?**

Each address would be its own design of 100 or more. Most brands keep one design and send local details to a store-locator page via QR.
