Price with bundling
Bundling counts the cards into stacks of 25, 50 or 100 and wraps each stack. It helps when cards go to several tables, rooms or locations.

Quantity
Setup is the same for 100 or 10,000 cards, so the price per card drops fast: $2.78 each at 100, $0.60 at 1,000 and $0.32 at 10,000 for 4×6.25″.
Size
The 5×5.5″ card uses a wider sheet, so it costs a little more than 4×6.25″ at every quantity.
Number of designs
Each design is its own run. Three menus at 100 each cost three times the 100 price, not the 300 price.
Bundling
Loose is included. Paper band, cross band or shrink wrap adds a fixed amount per order, shown in the calculator.
Shipping and tax
Shipping depends on weight and address and is quoted with your proof. Sales tax follows the province you ship to.
Planning quantities
A quick rule: count the tables, rooms or spots where a card will stand, then add 20 to 30 percent for replacements. Cards get wet, stained and taken home.
If you change offers often, it is usually cheaper to print 250 to 500 of a design you can keep for months (Wi-Fi, QR menu, reviews) and handle short-term specials another way.
Ordering for many locations? One run of 2,500 or more, bundled in counted stacks, usually costs much less per card than separate orders. See multi-location rollouts.
