Name tents for meetings, conferences and classrooms
A name tent lets everyone at the table use names from the first minute. We print branded name tents in bulk; names go on afterwards.
Each print run is identical cards. We do not print a different name on each card. Instead, we print your branding and a clear name area, and names are written or labelled on site.
Ways to add names
Permanent marker
The matte card takes marker cleanly. Leave a light band at least 1.5″ tall for the name.
Printed labels
Print names on standard address labels at the office and stick them on the name band. Design the band to match the label size you use.
Role tents
For recurring meetings, print fixed roles instead of names: Chair, Speaker, Moderator, Press, Reserved. Each role is a design of 100 or more.
One name, many cards
A presenter on a long tour or an exec who needs cards in every office can order 100 of a single name.
Designing a name tent
Names should be readable across a boardroom: type at least 0.75″ (about 54 pt) tall for the name, and nothing busy behind it. Put the logo small at the top or bottom. Print the same design on both faces so the person can see their own name and others see it too.
The 5 × 5.5″ card fits longer names. For students and classrooms where names are short and the card sits on a narrow desk, the 4 × 6.25″ card works.

Can you print 30 different names?
Not as one order: the minimum is 100 per design. For one-off name sets, print branded blanks and add names with labels, or use our free template at home.
What size is a standard name tent?
Common printed name tents have faces around 4 × 6″ to 5 × 6″, or about 10 to 15 cm wide. See the size guide.
